The Beyond the Gate VIP Meet & Assist service begins with arrival aircraft air-bridge greeting, where our dedicated greeter welcomes the guest directly at the arrival gate. The greeter then escorts the guest through the immigration area, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process. This is followed by dedicated baggage care, including the identification, collection, and handling of all checked luggage. After clearing customs, the greeter accompanies the guest all the way to the vehicle location, safely guiding them to their designated car and personally transferring all luggage to the vehicle. Together, these steps form a fully integrated, end‑to‑end VIP arrival service, seamlessly covering every stage of the arrival journey—from immigration and baggage claim to customs clearance and final vehicle handover.

It's a simple 2-step process. 1) You submit your request via our online booking engine or email, and we issue a 'Service Order' containing details and a reference code. 2) You finalize the payment using the secure payment link provided. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.

To ensure optimal staffing and logistics, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for airport meet-and-assist services at Incheon, and at least 24 hours in advance for standalone vehicle transfers. For last-minute urgent requests, please email us directly and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations are subject to the following windows: 48 hours or more before service: 100% full refund (no penalty). Between 24 and 48 hours before service: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before service: Non-refundable (100% charge applies).

For arrival Meet & Assist service, our professional airport greeter welcomes the guest directly at the arrival aircraft air-bridge, standing at the end of the jet bridge with a clearly visible VIP welcome sign displaying the guest’s name.

The baseline rate for Beyond the Gate Meet & Assist (Arrival or Departure) is $250 USD. This base price includes up to 3 hours of service, up to 3 passengers, and up to 3 checked bags. Additional fees may apply for larger parties or excessive luggage.

Yes. For international guests on our departure service, your agent guides and accompanies you through the VAT tax refund process at Incheon or Gimpo Airport. If any purchases will go in your checked luggage, we help you complete the customs check before check-in; after security and immigration, we direct you to the refund counter or kiosk to finish your refund. Please have your passport, tax-free receipts and the purchased items ready. Eligibility and refund amounts are set by Korea Customs and the refund operators, and we recommend arriving a little earlier than usual as queues can be long in peak season.
